When Katia and Justine fall in love, their relationship is idyllic to begin with. Justine wants a child and Katia becomes pregnant through IVF.
However, a few days before the birth of their daughter, Justine disappears. Twelve years later, Katia's brother William tracks her down and makes her an offer that will change their lives forever.
This play by French playwright and actor Alexis Michalik, winner of four Molière Awards in 2020, deals with a real and familiar subject: the way love can change one’s life and give it value. This is a love story, then, with intense emotions, quarrels, impasses, dilemmas, surprises, joys and sorrows, captured with tenderness, irony and, above all, humour.
Through the simplicity and freshness of the play’s modern language, Eleni Anastasiou and her collaborators show varied aspects of life and its most important ingredient, love.
